Weather: Location: Day/Times: Dates: Our Goal: Program: For women of all ages and abilities
interested in acquiring the skill and techniques necessary to improve
fitness and endurance through walking and running activities. This
program is for three levels: beginner, intermediate or advanced (see
descriptions below). A physician signed wavier will be required from
all participants and parental approval is required for those under
18. All participants receive a T-shirt and run/walk journal.
